The User has voluntarily chosen Cow Urine Therapy (Ayurveda) medical treatment. The User is aware of and understands the negative & positive side effects, expectation of improvement in health and the period of reasonable treatment.

Payment Terms

The User understands and agrees that the services furnished by Swaarnim shall commence on payment of fees for premium services. Swaarnim shall be entitled to terminate the services furnished to the User in case of non-payment or delay or payment.

The payment are taken in advance and then the mediicnes/products are shipped to the customer.

Swaarnim provides certain services such as bulletin boards, discussion forum, chat rooms and other interactive areas ("Interactive Areas") on the Website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
