📋 Recommended Ayurvedic Regimen

1. Take Ayurvedic Dibex Syrup 3 – 3 teaspoons twice daily.

2. Take Ayurvedic Braintone Syrup 3 – 3 teaspoons twice daily, along with Goamrut Syrup 2 – 2 teaspoons twice daily.

3. Take Ayurvedic Braintone Capsules 1 – 1 capsule twice daily.

4. Use Ayurvedic Toner Nasal Drops:

   • Put 2 - 2 drops into each nostril before sleeping, without using a pillow under the head.

   • Also apply 2-2 drops on the navel (belly button) and gently rotate the ring finger 3–4 times clockwise and anti-clockwise.

7. Take one glass of water with two teaspoons of fenugreek seeds (Methi) soaked overnight. Strain and drink the water in the morning. Consume the sprouted fenugreek seeds before meals.

8. Include sweet bottle gourd (Lauki) as a cooked vegetable in your daily meals.

9. Take Ayurvedic Fortex Pak (SF) 1 – 1 teaspoon twice daily.

10. Massage the body with Omni Oil before going to bed at night.
