Oral Submucous Fibrosis – Support Kit
Oral Submucous Fibrosis (OSMF) is a chronic, precancerous disease in which the mucous membrane inside the mouth develops stiffness and shrinkage (fibrosis). As the condition progresses, mouth opening gradually becomes restricted, making eating, drinking, and speaking difficult.
🔹 Types
Early Stage – Burning sensation, mouth ulcers, pain while eating spicy food.
Moderate Stage – Hardening of cheek tissues, involvement of tongue and gums, difficulty opening the mouth.

🔹 Treatment Guidelines
Use along with the required medicines, proper diet, restrictions, and yoga practices.
- Take Ayurvedic Chemotrim Syrup 6– 6 teaspoons twice daily.
- Take Ayurvedic Hiporeal Syrup 2– 2 teaspoons twice daily.
- Take Ayurvedic Toxinol and Bronchol Syrup 2– 2 teaspoons twice daily.
- Take Ayurvedic Ensocure Capsules 2– 2 capsules twice daily.
- Morning and evening, boil half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in one glass of cow’s milk and drink it. Add half a small teaspoon of Ayurvedic Toner Liquid to the milk.
- Prepare a paste of 31 Tulsi leaves and take it with one teaspoon of honey daily at 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
- Take 2 -2 teaspoons of Ayurvedic Fortex Pak twice daily.

Eat fruits at breakfast, take salad before lunch, and sit in morning sunlight for 15–30 minutes.
